One day while repeatedly sanding and layering washes upon this canvas, the form of Christ appeared!
Floating to the surface, He emerged, as if upwardly ascending!
The dove above the Head of Christ symbolizes his mission as “The Prince of Peace.”
Various washes of reds flow across the entire painting—reflecting the blood of Christ shed for all mankind.
